We already knew about Smith &Sons because our son had done business with them. So when it was time to modernise our own home we gave them a call. Things moved quickly from there - the estimates were acceptable and we pushed ahead. There were seven different trades involved and we can't fault any of the tradesmen that came, a special mention of Shaun the builder who was brilliant. Our two biggest concerns were security (Smith & Sons have great systems for this) and communication - this was a breeze with Lance. We are very happy with the outcome, one part of the job ended up better than we imagined it would! The after job follow-up was great, there's always small things to remedy but this was done really well and without any fuss. Many thanks
