Kitchen Renovation and Extension

This renovation involved moving the kitchen and lounge areas, which were swapped around to create more space. The new kitchen has new white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. The polished floor throughout replaces worn out lino and the red paint in the kitchen adds a dash of warmth. The new design includes a kitchen bench which allows for a more social space and the new layout of the kitchen allows for a larger lounge area to create a feel of more spacious living. Ranch sliders were installed to give easy access to the garden, maximise the available light in the room and provide a feel of indoor outdoor flow. 

The team at Smith & Sons Franklin also built a small additional extension to the home which gives the owners a new space which they will use as a music room.
