Two Storey Extension

The team at Smith & Sons Franklin completed this large project in the Clarks Beach area, which included a two storey extension. The extension consists of a new master bedroom with balcony to enjoy the sea views, en-suite and walk-in-wardrobe. The extension has also allowed for a new grand entrance area, an internal double garage, a spacious living area and a large timber deck out the back of the property. The existing home was renovated to accommodate the new kitchen and to create access to the new deck outside. The kitchen was designed by the team at Kitchen Inspirations and features a pop of colour in the splash-back chosen. All new carpet and laminate floor planks were installed throughout. The clients were very happy with the final result and are enjoying all the new space.
