We had used Smith & Sons, Pukekohe in the past, so we knew we could trust them and the quality of their workmanship with our new renovation and we were not disappointed.
It was a bit nerve wracking at first because the product we used was new to both the Smith & Sons team and us, but we are blown away by the end result. Our bathroom showers have been given a modern, fresh look and our ensuite has a luxurious, spa-like feel.
The communication was excellent. Lance visited us regularly and nothing was too much trouble, as we had a variety of smaller jobs done as well. The whole team were professional and courteous and we have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
