I listed a property in Pukekohe and after receiving an offer on the property a building inspection was performed which resulted in alerting us to a leak behind the tiled shower. I made a call to Lance who turned up straight away. The vendor was provided with a quote in a timely manner which was accepted, and the job was scheduled for the New Year when the team returned.
