Lane from Smith & Sons completed a pre-purchase building inspection for a house I was interested in purchasing and the process could not have gone smoother. Communication from Smith & Sons was excellent along with the building report itself which was very detailed. Lane took the time to explain some concepts in the report to me that I didn't quite understand as a layman as well as quoting me on repairs/maintenance needed on the house to achieve a reduced offer price. I'll be contacting them in the future to complete these jobs as they have been brilliant to deal with!
