For all the renovations we’ve done in the past, we project managed the works – hiring separate firms to complete the design/draughting, the building, the plumbing and so on – with us doing the liaison on permits and consents with the local council.  Having now worked with Paal’s team and the “one-stop-shop” Smith & Sons model, we will never go back to DIY project management.  On every aspect of the renovation process, Smith & Sons service and quality output was top notch. Paal provided fantastic design and materials suggestions that had not occurred to us – all of which made for a final product that we could not be happier with. Timing and communication were great – making this renovation a stress-free and enjoyable experience – all at a very reasonable price.
