Smith and Sons have helped us again.
Though with a new roof and retro-fitted windows, our 100-year-old house was starting to show mould on some bedroom walls.
Knowing of Ramon’s experience working on old brick buildings in the UK and his expertise with moisture and leaks, we asked Ramon to take a look and give his opinion.
Ramon and his team plus plumber (special shout out to Mike the plumber!), brickie, plasterer and TPM roofer combined forces to work around winter weather, study and exam breaks. We now have happy students in a warm dry house and no mould. All were achieved with big smiles and great communication to both owners and tenants.
