I came across Smith & Sons Franklin through a google search.  Because they were a local company I thought I’d see what they have to offer.  We were wanting an ensuite for our main bedroom which involved an extension, so there was a bit involved.  I initially dealt with Lane who took me through the Design, Plan & Construct process.  It was very clear and well structured making the process an easy one.  However, right before we were to start, COVID happened, putting the project on hold until further notice.  Our project started again in May which was great, with Lance our Project manager, the Build team was Shaun (main builder) and Ethan, awesome workmanship, very polite, respectful even making sure our old dog Nala was relaxed during the build…legends!!   I must admit, I’m pretty much of a freak when it comes to finishes, so if there was an issue or a finish not done how I was expecting it to be done, Lance was onto the contractors to get it sorted.  A big thank you to Melissa for your help with my design and Nicola for your help if I had any queries.  We love our new ensuite, thank you to the Smith & Sons Franklin team for everything.  Would highly recommend.  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
