We planned a reasonable sized renovation involving removing walls, replacing a beam with a longer one, changing doors and windows and putting in a new kitchen in a new location and a new laundry. Communication was great, we were informed every step of the way and fully involved in discussions where decisions were needed. All tradies were great to work with; clean, tidy and punctual. All costs were fully transparent.
