Dated to Modern Bathroom Renovation

The homeowner came to our team at Smith & Sons Franklin wanting to modernise their 1980’s bathroom.

Our team completed a full renovation of the space including stripping the room back to its frames, relining, plastering, and painting. As the bath was not getting used, the client wanted a bigger shower instead. A modern semi-frameless shower was installed with black hardware. Vinyl timber look flooring was fitted, which is a great low maintenance product. All new black bathroom fittings sourced from Mico plumbing were added. We believe the owners goal of making the space more contemporary was achieved.
