Extension & Garage Replacement – Hamilton

As often happens, the existing garage was in the best location on the section preventing private outdoor living for this family. Once the old garage was removed and a new garage built at the front, there was a whole new focus. The renovation of this home included modernising the kitchen, family and dining rooms – opening them up for a greater flow between the indoor and outdoor areas. A new wing was also added at the rear creating a new master bedroom and ensuite. Once again retaining the style and comfort of the family home was paramount for these clients.
