Further Renovations – Lyttelton Harbour Home

Following the kitchen and living renovation completed earlier in the year, Smith & Sons Port Hills returned to this two-level townhouse overlooking Lyttelon harbour in Christchurch to complete further renovations involving adding a new deck and outdoor living space, plus new bathroom and laundry.  The spa area was decked out with Kwila and fenced with a glass balustrade to make the most of the expansive views, on the walls a stone-look ceramic tile completes the outdoor area. Internally the bathroom features a fully tiled walk-in shower with led lights in the soap recess. In the laundry all new appliances and cabinetry make this a functional modern space.
