The homeowners of this Kingseat property reached out to our team at Smith & Sons Franklin to revamp their outdoor space with a brand-new deck. We removed the existing deck and replaced it with a larger, extended kwila deck, designed as a ground-level structure to seamlessly integrate with the surrounding landscape and provide a smooth, accessible transition from the home to the outdoor space. The owners have beautifully furnished the new area with outdoor furniture and a stunning outdoor fireplace.
