Internal Renovations & Deck Extension
The team at Smith & Sons Franklin completed the internal renovations and deck extension to this property in Pukekohe. The homeowners wanted a complete refresh of their living area, dining room and kitchen. These rooms were re-jigged to create open plan living which has maximised the floor plan and created a larger feeling space. The clients went with a bold statement by having the walls painted black and including black cabinetry in the kitchen.
The pine deck was restored and extended, with a timber balustrade to match. There is now great indoor-outdoor flow from the living room. The homeowners are enjoying the extra space and having an outdoor area to host friends and family.
