Office Space Redesign & Staff Kitchenette Upgrade

The manager of a large commercial company approached our team at Smith & Sons Franklin to redesign their office spaces. They wanted to create a larger kitchenette and a more inviting area for staff to enjoy their lunches. We decided to relocate the upstairs office areas downstairs and move the cafeteria from downstairs to upstairs. This arrangement made the most sense, as there was ample usable space downstairs for the new offices.

We reconfigured the internal walls to create a modern office space and a new meeting room downstairs. Upstairs, we installed a spacious and functional kitchenette. Both levels received new carpet tiles and vinyl flooring, fresh paint, an additional heat pump, and updated electrical data. The transformation turned previously dark and uninviting areas into bright, functional spaces where staff will be happy to work and gather.
