Waikato Villa Renovation – Front

Wishing to create a genuine villa-style home on a new rural site; our clients decided to take their home with them.  All the arrangements for the relocation and re-siting were made as a total cost package.The renovation required the need to restore the character of the home while making extensions to increase the size and space. New rooms were added, along with new decks & verandah roofing for charm and practicality.  Special features were retained and reused like the circular window and timber mouldings.  The bathroom and laundry were remodelled and the kitchen replaced with great attention to retaining the authenticity of the villa style.Site problems were overcome during the relocation resulting in a home set in a fabulous location with a charm all its own.
